Kitchen and shower room installation, Oxford

Within a city centre, 1960s block of flats in probate. This flat was in original condition and needed refurbishing entirely. This refurbishment was particularly challenging due to the nature of working within a densely populated building and potentially hazardous asbestos/waste removal.

The project consisted:

• Single point of contact, project management
• Removal and replacement of original central heating system
• Opening out existing flat layout
• Replacement of complete subfloor and cover (LTV flooring throughout)
• New up to date electrics throughout
• New Kitchen design, supply and installation
• New showeroom design, supply and installation
• All new woodwork throughout
• Full redecoration

The project finished within the timeframe set and the client was very happy with end product.
