With uneven floors, lathe plaster, lining paper on the walls, exposed (original) oak beams and trying to keep within strict guidelines for listed properties, this project was somewhat of a challenge.

Using modern structural materials, battening out the walls and extensive replumbing, we achieved this classic look with LVT dark wood flooring, modern coloured metro tiles, minimalistic walk-in shower space (with dual outlet shower) complimented with traditional furniture and a freestanding cast iron bath.

Th end results are not only in keeping with it’s age and grandeur but stunning and practical to boot.
